Duties
Key Responsibilities
Interface with project inspectors, contractors,
architects, and city/county officials; and manage
project strategy including financial goals,
scheduling, logistics, and milestones.
manage technicians and subcontractors
monitor schedule deviations and variances
analyze change orders for schedule impacts
read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
price jobs based on take-offs
procure material pricing from vendors
originate and track RFIs and bid results
supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Requires
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering Management or related field.
- 24 months of experience in construction management.
Salary
$88,000/year
